Farms on artificial breeding of sturgeon fish species could have become a solution to the issue, but at least fifteen years are required for a female sturgeon to enter the age of fruiting. Such farms are now being created in the United States, Europe, Israel, but the artificial breeding of sturgeon species is a long and laborious process, so that the problem of red caviar shortage will not be solved in the near future.
